  • Summary: This position has responsibility for one classroom of up to 16 students. The teacher is responsible for classroom instruction two or three days per week (Monday and Wednesday; Thursday for 7th+), for creating lesson plans and assignments based on blueprints, and for posting assignments to the school's online portal for co-teachers (i.e., parents) to access. Curriculum and materials will be provided.

    Position type: Part-time. School day duties plus additional preparation time as needed. Some training and in-service days are also required.

    Start date: Classes begin in late August. Training for incoming teachers will take place the first full week of August.

    Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree; agreement with and support of the school's statement of faith; strong commitment to Christian education and the Classical Model of education.

    Additional desirable qualifications: Teaching experience at a classical school, teaching certification, and/or advanced degree

  • Summary: This position provides classroom support to the Primer and/or Grammar School Teachers. The Teaching Assistant is responsible for assisting teachers with classroom instruction, Morning Assembly, lunch period, recess, and other duties as assigned by the Lead Teaching Assistant and the Campus Director.

    Position type: Part-time. On-campus days are Monday and Wednesday. TAs are on duty from 7:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., with 30 minutes for lunch.

    Start date: Classes begin in late August. Training for incoming teachers will take place the first full week of August.

    Required qualifications: Agreement with and support of the school's Statement of Faith; strong commitment to Christian education and the Classical Model of education.

  • Summary: This position has responsibility for one classroom of up to 16 students. The substitute is responsible for classroom instruction, Morning Assembly, recess, and other duties as assigned during the day. A substitute teacher will be called upon to substitute teach full or part class days. This position reports to the Campus Coordinator.

    Position type: As needed/hourly. On-campus days are Monday and Wednesday, on duty from 7:30am to 4:15pm, with 30 minutes for lunch.
